If I could give Dr. Steve and his staff more than five stars I would. I recommend them to all my friends and co-workers looking for veterinary care. The fact they come to you is such a wonderful service for ailing or older pets, animals that don't do well in the car, or even when you have trouble getting in to the office yourself. Dr. Steve is kind and patient and Chris is wonderful with my pets. My dogs are much happier in their own home than in an office and I don't worry about them getting sick from other animals.

BetterVet helped our beloved boy pass after a hard battle with cancer. The team was so kind, gentle and understanding with both him during the procedure and with us. With such a difficult decision, we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We have been looking for a home vet for our very skittish cats for a long time, and we are so glad to have found BetterVet Chicago. Dr. Rives and her assistant Rebecca were absolutely wonderful! They were very patient, understanding (our poor cats kept trying to flee), and knowledgeable. They readily had recommendations for other home vet technicians (e.g., dental care) as well as resources to help de-chonk our cats, which I was thankful for.
