This was my second amazing BetterVet experience (same vet team), due to a sick dog. They examined her, gave her fluids, and told me to go to an ER if she didn't perk up by afternoon. Best advice ever because she didn't perk up and when we got to the ER (recommended by vet), they uncovered that she was going into anemic shock and could have died. What felt like routine illness wasn't, and the BetterVet team helped me look for the right signs and recognize that it was a true emergency. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Amazing. My cat is a nightmare to pretty much everyone except me and taking her to the vet is near impossible. The quality of care and kindness of the BetterVet team is beyond amazing.
