Dr. Sharleen Henery has lived in the Eugene area for over 25 years. She has a 40 acre farm in
Lorane where she enjoys horseback riding, gardening, and hanging out with her various farm
animals. She has 4 horses, 3 sheep, 10 goats, 4 livestock guardian dogs, chickens, ducks,
turkeys, 3 house dogs and 2 cats. When Dr. Henery is not working or hanging at the farm, she
enjoys scuba diving, reading, and traveling.
Dr. Henery’s passion for the human animal bond has been the cornerstone of her veterinary
career. She has extensive experience in internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, behavior, and
preventive medicine. She is a strong advocate for both the pets and the pet parents.
