National Pet Month Giveaway
Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
The BetterVet National Pet Month Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to all current followers of the BetterVet Instagram page (@bettervet) aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of the locations where BetterVet provides services where the Giveaway is lawful. Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of BetterVet are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on May 7th, 2024, at 9 AM EST and ends on May 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. All comments must be submitted within this period to be eligible. Winners will be selected on May 13, 20, 27, and June 3, 2024.
How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must:
- Follow the BetterVet Instagram page (@bettervet)
- Leave a comment on the specified post with their Zip Code
- Tag at least one other valid Instagram account
Participants can enter as many times as they want to increase their chances of winning.
Prizes:
Of those participants who leave a comment with their Zip Code and at least one tagged account, four (4) lucky winners will be randomly selected to receive a FREE in-home visit (up to $500 value) and a BetterVet Goodie Box. The two prizes together are valued at approximately $600 (USD). The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
Winner Selection:
The four winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawings will take place on May 13, 20, 27, and June 3, 2024. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and will have five days to respond and claim the prize. A new winner will be selected if the winner does not respond within the specified time.
Each of our four winners will also automatically be entered into our Pet of the Year contest for a chance to win a grand prize, to be announced in December 2024.
Public Announcement:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants grant BetterVet the right to announce the winner's Instagram username on the BetterVet Instagram page and other social media platforms.
Publicity Release:
The winner may be asked to provide a photograph with their pet for promotional purposes. By accepting the prize, the winner grants BetterVet the right to use their name, photographs, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes (on our website, social media platforms, and/or printed marketing materials) without additional compensation.
Privacy:
Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties.
Legal Compliance:
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
Disqualification:
BetterVet reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions.
Modification or Termination:
BetterVet reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
By participating in the BetterVet National Pet Month Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
