If, for any reason, you do not receive the email notification, you can always log into the mobile app, or your BetterVet account on the web, and click on the pink "Join Video Call" button within your appointment reminder.

You will receive a reminder from BetterVet about your appointment through a separate email with a Zoom link which will open the video call application.

You will need to click on the link provided to activate the Virtual Visit.

You should receive this link to join your video consultation 30 minutes before your appointment time.
