First time using a mobile pet service and was very pleased from the mechanics of setting up an account through the actual visit. Dr. and Vet Tech Kat were exceptional in every way handling my reactive Weimeraner pup for wellness exam and vaccines. Most importantly they took the time to allow my dog to get familiar with them; a totally different experience from in office visits. Dr. Jamie and her nurse, whose name I didn’t catch, were both EXCELLENT. My cat is really skittish and semi-feral and they were able to corral her, sedate her, and complete an exam with the utmost skill, care, and post-visit care guidance.
