How do I communicate what my appointment is for?

During the appointment booking process, there's a section to provide additional notes for our veterinarians.

When booking your appointment, you can add notes and provide medical records, so that our veterinary team can be fully prepared to treat your pet.

Here's how:

  1. Click "Book an Appointment" on either our website or mobile app

    1. For new users (on the website), enter your ZIP Code

  2. Choose a service type - Home Visit or Video Consultation

  3. Add or select your pet(s)

  4. Select a specific service from the list

  5. Pick a date and time slot for the appointment

  6. The notes section will appear
