Do Wellness Memberships renew automatically after a year?

In order to ensure that your pet receives no disruption in service, the BetterVet Wellness Club auto-renews at the end of the 12-month cycle. BetterVet will send a reminder 30-days prior to your annual renewal at which time you can request that the auto-renewal be stopped. If you decide to cancel your pet’s membership, you will need to contact us at (888) 788-1165 and request a cancellation. Please allow for at least three (3) business days for us to process your request.
