1. Hotel AKA Back Bay 

Formerly the Loews Boston Hotel, Hotel AKA Back Bay is located near popular Boston hotspots such as Copley Square, Newbury Street, and Boston Public Garden. This is a very pet-friendly neighborhood, so you’ll be sure to see lots of other dogs on leashes when you are out and about. With a guest services team, a pet-friendly policy, and pet amenities, you and your pet will have a relaxing place to unwind at the end of the day.

2. Sheraton Boston Needham Hotel

The recently renovated Sheraton Boston-Needham Hotel, situated to the south of Boston in nearby Needham, is conveniently located near the Route 128 Train Station and MBTA Subway Stations. The pet-friendly hotel is conveniently situated near Boston College and The Shops at Chestnut Hill. The hotel pet policy is posted on their website as allowing one pet under 75 pounds per room, with a $75 non-refundable deposit. With an indoor pool and business center, this is a great choice for either work or play (for you and your pet).

3. The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport

The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is a luxurious hotel located across the street from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center and is less than three miles from Logan Airport. There are seven different restaurants to choose from, a rooftop pool, and a spa. Dogs and cats are allowed as long as they do not exceed 25 pounds, and only one pet (more than one is at the discretion of hotel management) is allowed per room with a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125 per room (not per pet). Please note that barking dogs may be asked to leave the hotel. Pets must be placed in a carrier when housekeeping or other staff comes into the room. Guests will also be asked to sign a pet policy agreement accepting financial responsibility for any pet damage. Guide dogs for the blind or disabled are exempt from the pet policy; there is no weight limit or pet fee.

4. Boston Park Plaza

The Boston Park Plaza is one of the most iconic hotels in downtown Boston. The historical landmark has been fully restored to its original glory with a $100 million renovation. Located in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston, you and your pet can window shop at some of the most stylish boutiques in the area (some specifically meant for your furry companions). The Park Plaza pet policy states that only dogs are welcome, but there is no size, height, or breed restrictions. Two dogs per room are permitted with no extra nightly fees, but there is a one-time $75 cleaning fee.

5. Fairmont Copley Plaza Boston

Also in the Copley Square neighborhood of Boston, The Fairmont is considered to be one of the area’s crown jewels. Centrally located near the Boston Common, lots of local shopping, and fine restaurants, the Fairmont also features a  3,000-square-foot rooftop fitness center. Not only are dogs welcome here, but they have their own amenities in the hotel’s Fairmont Furiend program. When you are looking for a VIP (Very Important Pup) experience for your dog, this is the place! They even have their own pet ambassador, Cory Copley, who might just be there to greet you!

6. Boston Harbor Hotel 

The Boston Harbor Hotel at Rowe’s Wharf is a waterfront beauty located steps away from the Aquarium, museums, and the Rose Kennedy Greenway. Dogs and cats are permitted at the Boston Harbor Hotel for a non-refundable fee of $100 per day with a maximum of two pets per room. 7. Aloft Lexington

Minutes from the Burlington Mall, Bentley University, and  Walden Pond, Aloft Lexington is located outside of the city, but still convenient to everything Boston has to offer. With an indoor pool and a 24-hour grab-and-go restaurant, you will love this pet-friendly hotel option. Pets are welcome at the Aloft Lexington, with a non-refundable $100 per visit. Pets must be 60 pounds or less to stay.
