Life isn't Complete Without a Pet!

I've cared for my own dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, hedgehogs etc for decades and have been dog/cat sitting and walking for the past 5 years in my hometown. I've been lucky enough to care for puppies all the way up to a pack of seniors and have lived every minute! I'm very flexible other than Mondays and Fridays. I'm available morning through evening and am happy to consider all requests. Don't hesitate to ask for what you need! I always check each animal over when I arrive and take great pictures for all the owners. I carefully follow the care plan for each animal and make sue they have everything they need. I check to make the home environment is clean and that all the animals are happy.

Friend to all people & animals

I'm an art student from the Midwest. I grew up on a farm & participated in 4H as a child, & have loved taking care of animals, ranging from mini lop rabbits, iguanas, and puppies since I was young. Currently, I have a 10-year-old rat terrier named Master Splinter and a 16-year-old cat named TinyCat. Four years ago, I adopted Splinter from my hometown's humane society knowing that he had high anxiety and a bite risk and that he came from an abusive home. I've worked on desensitizing him from a variety of triggers, such as his fear of brooms and baths and his territorial excitement from guests at the door. Bonding with traumatized animals requires a lot of patience and empathy and I am thankful for the opportunity to show them love and kindness. When my cat came into the shelter, she was declawed, unspayed, and almost blind. I also saw her advertised as “6-years-old” and it was a shock to see that she was at least ten years older than that. Because of her health problems, she had trouble peeing in the litterbox. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money to find a litterbox solution for her, and after a year she finally was able to use the litterbox accident-free. Taking care of my pets and others' brings me a lot of joy and I look forward to being with your pets. I understand that life is busy and we definitely want to leave our animals in good care no matter what.

Trustworthy & Caring Pet Lover!

I have cared for friends and family members' pets for years - from walks & feeding to pet/house sitting. I also grew up with dogs and have experience with large and small dogs. I take pride in being trustworthy and responsible. I am respectful of others' homes and I am reliable with taking care of pets and any home responsibilities such as bringing in packages/mail and taking out the trash. Due to my work schedule and caring for my senior pup, Pippa, I am available most weekends for dog walking and housesitting (past clients only). I do not have the ability to host pets in my home at this time as Pippa appreciates her own space. I also prefer to care for pets in their home; a familiar environment where they are comfortable.

Animal lover and part time pet mom

I've worked as a veterinary technician for more 9 years and have always grown up in a animal loving household with many dogs, cats, ferrets, reptiles, birds, and more! My bachelor was in Animal Science. Having Vet-tech experience allows me to take special care and administering medication, if needed. I love animals and animals love me. My home will be your pet's second home! I'm currently studying online, therefore, I have lots of spare time to walk and take care of animals. There are no other animals in my spacious apartment, I live in a tranquil area with a few parks close by. I know how important it is for our pets to be in a safe and caring environment, with me, your fur-baby will be treated like my own. I can provide play time and various walks a day depending on your pet's needs. I love giving them treats and lots of love. Daily water changes.

Providing love, care, & affection!

My name is Andrea My love for pets is what sparked me to enter the wonderful world of pet sitting. I have always had pets growing up, and have cared for pets my whole adult life. I casually started pet sitting for friends and colleagues to help them out when they were in need. I understand the importance of trusting someone to care for your "babies". At one point in my early adulthood, my dad and I had 7 cats! Many people thought we were crazy for having so many pets! But I couldn't imagine my life without any of them. I am a stay at home momma. I am married, with one new baby (under 1 year). We have 1 dog named Kopi-Susu. She brings so much joy and happiness to our life! We live in a 1 bedroom apartment with ample places to walk your pet outdoors! We can't wait to meet you and your pets :) Kopi is a friendly dog, who loves to sleep, but also loves to keep other animals company. I have room for your pet in the house, but can also crate an animal if needed. There are ample dog parks close by, and I live in a dog friendly area. Since I am home full time, I will have plenty of time to show love, and play with your pets! I am currently available on the weekends any time, and soon to be on the weekdays. Currently not working so have open availability most days, unless stated otherwise on my calendar. Will update calendar from time to time to know when I am unavailible. I can crate dogs if needed, but they are also allowed to roam freely in our apartment. Our dog sleeps in the bed with us, so we are not worried about animals on our furniture.

Need Dog to Walk Med Student :)

I took care of my grandmother's dog, and know when to withhold treats and give feedback. My grandmother's dog was an old, toothless, sassy darling!! I am patient, and am good at gaining rapport with even the most skittish of dogs. I'm always happy when my clients are, so I will go the extra mile to make sure you and your fur family feel secure with me :) Clear communication, professionalism, and courtesy should be a given from both ends! I walk dogs from 10am until when the sun sets. As a medical student, I have different schedules for different days, so please let me know when you'd like, and I'll send you confirmation as soon as possible!Boarding: I live in an apartment with a big gated outdoor yard, so city pups with small bladder needs are welcome! I also include 2 walks a day in a standard stay so they'll have plenty of fun before they go back home to you :) I usually walk in the downtown area, where there's lots of fun smells and pockets of quiet scenery. Most days, my walks are somewhere between 30 min to an hour. Please note that my walking/drop-in area is smaller than my other services!

Let me take care of your dog

I took care of my sister's dog while she was out of the country for a year. I took her on walks, gave her baths, and took her to the vet. I work weekday evenings (mostly from home), so this leaves me plenty of time to play and take care of dogs. My fiance strictly works remotely, so he is able to help me watch any pets we are watching. My house is big, open and cozy. Your pup will feel relaxed and right at home. There are no snacks or sharp objects left out.

Lover of Dogs, Walks, and Fetch

Grew up with a husky, then a black lab, and lived with other dogs throughout my life. One day would love to get one of my own (maybe a Rhodesian Ridgeback or Golden Retriever). I have two Baltimore friends who I've regularly watched their dogs for a few years now. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule so I'm able to easily work in a few walks and some exercise or just spend time with your pup throughout the day. I live in a quite apartment building and I don not have any pets or kids. I feel comfortable walking/watching any type of dog. Flexible WFH schedule enables me to visit/watch your dog at your house, if needed.

Please be advised that if you decide to choose me I will go above and beyond as usual. I'm always looking for a fur baby to play with. In addition, I can make sure that your pet gets their energy out as needed, so that they will remain a happy fur baby.

I am available to supervise, play with, and take care of your dog during the duration of their stay with me. My work schedule is very flexible, so I can take a break whenever I like or walk your dog anytime. I live a few blocks from Mount Vernon Park and the Mount Vernon Parks gated community too. There are 2 dog parks in the gated park, which has one for small dogs and the other for large dogs. I'm experienced, responsible, flexible, consistent, reliable, honest, trustworthy, and dependable. Caring for pets is a second career where I decided to “follow my heart” and do something I really love, which is caring for your little fur babies.
