Expensive but worth the convenience and the comfort for my cats to get care jn their safe space. The docs and nurses are always so nice and thorough and don't rush, spending as much time as is needed.

First time using BetterVet and I will never use anyone else again! Dr. Anna and Javier showed up right on time as their text mentioned. They were very friendly and professional. My cat was a little skittish at first but they knew exactly how to calm her down and get through the wellness check as quick as they could. They provided a great treatment plan with detailed notes in an email later in the day as well as having her first dose on them in the car. My cat was very sick and I had not taken her to a vet anywhere yet since I had just moved, so the thought of trying to find somewhere to squeeze her in on short notice was adding to my panic. I found this at-home vet service and they were at my door in about 12 hours. The doctors were excellent and I would definitely recommend if you are ever in a pinch. They were able to administer an anti-emetic injection as well as IV fluids right in my own home. They even had a portable attachment that connected to the vet's phone that conducted an ultrasound as well. Super convenient and great service!
